(5) Do not cut steel bars and red-hot steel bars whose diameter and strength exceed those specified on the nameplate of machinery. When cutting multiple steel bars at once, the total cross-sectional area should be within the specified range.

(6) Cutting low alloy steel, should replace the high hardness cutter, cutting diameter should be consistent with the provisions of the mechanical nameplate.

(7) When cutting short material, the distance between the hand and the blade near the blade should be more than 150mm. If the handhold is less than 400mm, use a casing or clamp to clamp or clamp the short steel bar.

(8) In operation, it is forbidden to use hand to directly eliminate the broken ends and sundries nearby, and the non-operating personnel around the steel bars and near the knife edge shall not stay.

(9) When the machine is found to be abnormal operation, abnormal noise or skew cutter, should immediately shut down for maintenance. Maintenance must be shut down, cut off the power before proceeding.

(10) Hydraulic drive cutter before operation, should check and confirm the hydraulic oil level and motor rotation direction to meet the requirements. After starting, should be no-load operation, release the drain valve, drain the air cylinder body before cutting can be carried out.

(11) manual hydraulic cutting machine before use, the oil drain valve should be tightened clockwise, cut immediately after the counter-clockwise direction should be Loosen. Work, the hand should be steady cut off, and wear insulated gloves.

(12) After the operation should cut off the power, remove the debris between the cutter with a steel brush, clean the whole machine lubrication.
